AMHERST — The Minutemen kept control of the game, staying ahead of Rider for the majority of the contest.
That’s not to say Rider didn’t have their moments, specifically Tyere Marshall, who totaled 28 points and 20 rebounds. For the Minutemen, Tre Mitchell fell into foul trouble early, as he did in the previous game against CCSU. Matt McCall picked up his first technical foul after getting too animated from the sideline.
