Jack Harlow to perform at 2022 UMass Spring Concert

The spring concert will be the first at UMass since 2019

On Wednesday, Feb. 23, the University Programming Council announced that Jack Harlow will headline this year’s Spring Concert at UMass. The 23-year-old rapper is set to take the stage later this semester amid his surge in popularity.

The concert is scheduled for Sunday, May 1 at the Mullins Center in Amherst, with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. Ticket sales for UMass students will begin on Friday, March 4 at 10 a.m., starting at $25. Also, public sales will begin on Monday, March 7 at 10 a.m., starting at $50. 

Openers for the event have not yet been named. Auditions are being held by UMass Got Talent on Wednesday, March 9 in the Student Union Black Box from 6-8 p.m. and Thursday, March 10 in the Student Union Ballroom from 6-8 p.m. Sign up for auditions using the link listed in @umassupc Instagram bio.

Known for his hit single “WHATS POPPIN” and studio album “That’s What They All Say,” both released in 2020, Harlow should attract a sizable crowd at UMass for an exciting show. Follow @umassupc on Instagram for more information about the event.
